One day I had noticed my cycle was a little off... I had been not eating so great and usually my cramps weren't as bad, but that day, they really dragged me down. I needed to work that week and there was no way I could ignore what was going on. I looked into some remedies but thought to make my own. So, I made this creation for my overall womb health and have been taking it ever since!

This tincture is made with Dandelion, and Bupleurum, which help cleanse the liver and regualate hormones traveling to and from the uterus to liver. Ginger to help move things along. Dang Quai (also known as angelica) and Vitex to help balance hormones in the lower chakras, and motherwort to give me that little boost of "I am whole, I am loved" feeling.
